As people, we unfortunately stereotype certain demographics with hobbies. Think about it. How often have you seen a bookworm dancing, or an old man playing video games? This direction aims to crush all the stereotypes we have and to enable people to be their real, authentic selves without any judgment. With the Galaxy A Series people can unleash their awesomeness and be whoever they truly are deep down. For example, with the visual of the old man, the 6.6” FHD+ Super AMOLED 120 Hz screen will help him reveal the true gamer inside.

Here are additional supporting ideas that significantly contributed to enhancing the success of the campaign:

Awesome Collage:

We’re asking our customers to get creative! Customers will have to create the word “awesome” using different images for each letter. For example, they might find the letter “A” written in graffiti somewhere, crop out the rest of the image and just use the A. The letter “W” can be created by making a “W” with pencils and adding it to the “A”, and so on and so forth. The most eye-catchy and creative image will win.

Share your Awesome Story:

Everyone has a side within themselves that not many people know about.. Maybe it’s time we revealed our true selves for everyone to see! This will be a post asking people to share awesome stories that happened to them. They can be wild, they can be funny, they can be unexpected, but whatever the story is, we will choose a winner from the crowd that has the most awesome story.

Instagram Filter:

A unique filter will be created for Instagram using the elements of the direction. Headphones, exaggerated smiles, camera lenses etc. Customers will take pictures using this filter and share them on social media. We can either choose a winner by randomly generating a number, or pick the funniest or most unique image.

Find the A Series phone:

Similar to the Where’s Waldo game, we will cleverly hide the A series phone in a stacked visual. The visual will include an abundance of the campaign elements and people to hide the phone effectively. We can either let the first person who finds the phone win, or wait until the competition is over and then pick out a winner randomly.
